My Soap and Glory favourites

Hey guys, so today I'm going to review some Soap and Glory products. I have been an avid user of Soap and Glory products for the past 2 years, so I thought I would share the products that I have used and loved during this time.

The first is the 'Clean on Me' creamy moisture shower gel. I have loved this product so much for many reasons. The first is the smell, like all Soap and glory products they all have a similar smell and it is really hard to describe but all you who have this product will know what I mean. The second reason is the fact that it leaves my skin feeling so soft and silky. I think of all the products I have re-purchased the most, this is one of them.

My second favourite is another shower gel but it is the 'Sugar Crush' fresh and foamy body wash. This is part of the newer collection of Soap and Glory products. The smell is completely different to the other collections as it has a sweet lime fragrance, it is definitely very sweet, so if you don't like sweet smelling things then I wouldn't recommend this product. I love that this product feels a lot different to the 'Clean on Me', it is a lot more of a milky consistency which I like but it still gives the same silky feeling to my skin after using it as the other products.

My next two favourites are the 'Mist you madly' body spray and the 'Glam-A-Lot' body spray. I use the 'Mist you madly' spray every day without fail, I love the smell as it is not too overpowering yet it lasts all day which I really like in a body spray. The 'Glam-A-Lot' spray I tend to use when I go out in the evening as the smell is a lot more thicker (if that makes sense, I couldn't think of another word). Basically what I'm trying to say is that it is a lot more of an evening smell then a day smell.

I received the 'Sexy mother pucker' lip gloss in a Christmas gift set last year and at first I was a bit reluctant to try it as it says it plumps up your lips. The tingly sensation it gives your lips is weird at first but you get used to it and it doesn't plump up your lips as much as I thought. The only problem is that it is very thick and can make your lips feel very sticky if you put a lot on, so a little definitely goes a long way.

The last two products are definitely my ultimate favourite Soap and Glory products. The first is the 'Righteous Butter'. After trying this body butter I can safely say I will never try another body butter like it. It leaves your skin feeling super super soft and the smell is just amazing. As it has aloe vera in it as well it is great for dry skin as well. Definitely would recommend this.

Lastly is the best hand cream in the whole world. 'The hand food' not only smells great but is non - greasy so dries really quickly and it also hydrates your skin really well. I have both the 125 ml which i keep at home and the 50 ml which I keep in my handbag. Since buying this I have not brought another hand cream, I love it that much.

So that's it guys, I hope you have enjoyed this. What do you think of these products? What are your favourite Soap and Glory products?

Outfit of the day (London)

Hey guys, so this post is just going to be a quick one and it's my outfit of the day for my trip to London on Friday. Sorry I haven't put it up sooner, its just been a crazy weekend. I had a friend's 18th birthday party on Saturday and then just a chilled Sunday with the boyfriend before he went back to work. But enough of me talking, here is my outfit of the day.

So here is a run down of my outfit.
Jumper - New Look
Denim shirt - New Look
Skater dress - New look
Leggings - Decathlon
(technically these are actually fitness leggings but all the rest were in the wash, they do the same job and I think I actually prefer them to just normal leggings.)
Shoes - Primark
Accessories: Watch - Lorus
Necklace (which you can't really see) is from H.Samuel and it was a gift from my boyfriend.
Makeup: I used all the makeup from my travel bag which you can see in my previous blog. For foundation I used Maybeline dream satin liquid in shade 021 (Nude) and for my eyeshadow I used a mixture of Rimmel London colour rush in shade 360 (baby pink) and Collection 2000 intense trio in shade 02 (sin city, I used the darkest colour.)

So that was my outfit for the day. I hope you enjoyed this and let me know if you would like to see a shopping haul of the stuff i brought or just what you thought of the blog in general.

What's in my bag (trip to London)

So I'm going to London tomorrow with my boyfriend and I thought I would share with about what I am taking in my handbag. I live really close to London (only about 20 minute train journey) so most of the things I am taking, I normally have in my daily handbag.

The bag itself is from New Look and I've had it for a couple of years now. It's not my regular handbag but I like to have a bag that I can strap across my body when going to places like London, so this bag works really well. The bag is spit into two, there are three pockets in the front and then one main compartment with a small zip pocket in it.

So here is what is in my bag!
In the front pockets there are :
- 2 pens
- a compact mirror
- some hair pins
- my house keys

In the main part of the bag I have:
- my Cath Kidston purse
- my sunglasses (just in case it is sunny)
- a soap and glory hand maid (which smells absolutely amazing)
- a soap and glory hand food (the best hand cream ever)
- a small bottle of soap and glory body spray
(if you can't tell I love soap and glory products)
- Glucose tablets (these are actually for my boyfriend as he has diabetes, so I always carry a tube in my handbag.
- my camera
- my phone
I will also have my oyster card but it is with my boyfriend at the moment.

I also carry a small cosmetics bag, which contains most of the travel things I take with me. The only things I don't have with me is my foundation and eye shadow as these will last all day when I put them on in the morning so I don't need to retouch them during the day.
                                                                                 My makeup bag contains:

- Natural collection pressed powder in shade warm
- NYC Big Bold bronzer in shade 602- Metropoli Tan
- No7 face brush
- Sleek blush in shade 923 - pomegranate
- Natural collection concealer stick in shade fair
- Rimmel Match perfection 2-in-1 concealer and highlighter in shade 030 classic beige
- Maybeline great lash in brownish black
- L'Oreal Paris super liner Blackbuster
- Natural collection brown eyeliner
- Palmer's coco butter lip balm
- Elizabeth Arden lip gloss in shade 18 - rosegold
       - NYC lipstick in shade 438 - Candy rush (my most used lipstick)

So yea, that is everything I am taking with me. I will be doing some shopping so I will probably do a haul at some point on here. I will also be blogging my outfit tomorrow as well. I hope you have enjoyed this and let me know what you think.

Have a great day everyone!

Product review: L'Oreal Super liner Blackbuster

I've been on the hunt for a good eyeliner that is easy to apply and that will last all day and this eyeliner from L'Oreal seemed to fit all my criteria. I have never been very keen on gel eyeliners simply because of the fact that i'm not that great at applying eyeliner, so that fact that the L'Oreal super liner looked like a felt tip really appealed to me.

L'Oreal Super Liner Blackbuster £6.99
The main reason why i love this eyeliner is that it is so easy to apply. With the felt tip like nib to it, it glides on easily and gives a really good coverage, i do not need to constantly go over the line. Secondly, i love the fact that it lasts all day. Although it doesn't specifically say that it is waterproof, it seems to last all day whatever the weather. Living in England i need a eyeliner that will last through all weather and this seems to work, i can put it on in the morning and it will last through till i take it off at night.
I also really like the packaging, the black and gold makes it look a lot more expensive then it actually is.
Looks just like a felt tip.

It gives a really good line that you can build on.
The only thing i would say puts it down is the fact that the nib is beginning to loose its point. However i don't think it has a major impact on the line it gives, so it isn't a major issue for me. I really do love this eyeliner and i would recommend it for someone who may be thinking about using eyeliner for the first time, or for someone who like me struggles to get a good even line.

You can pick up the L'Oreal super liner Blackbuster from any Boots or Superdrug store for £6.99.

Have you tried this product? Let me know what you think.
